Rolbender SET 8: Duo-Mini-Bender 3/200 & Duo-Disc-Bender DB 42 SET
The Duo-Mini-Bender contains of two Mini-Benders that are connected by an adapter. A Duo-Mini-Bender is extremely comfortable when working on long and straight metal sheets, but if you need to work on shorter and more curved sheets you can easily unscrew the adapter and continue work with two Mini-Benders.
Also the disc-bender combi DB 42 can be dismantled into two single disc benders DB41 by unscrewing the adapter.
Many more options will be gained when using both tools in addition or in combination.

How is it done?
Very easy. Adjust to desired bending height on the Duo-Mini-Bender by using integrated measuring device and lock it with the setscrew. Now place metal between the bending rolls. The single bearing is on top and shows the direction in which you will bend (the other 3 bearings carry the force). Now move Bender forth and back by pushing slightly up till requested angle is reached. You achieve a perfect result without damaging painted or coated metal.
Because there is no adjustment necessary on the Duo-Disc-Bender you can start right away. Place bender on the 90° angle. Move bender forth and back by pushing slightly down till requested angle is reached (max. 180°). You achieve a perfect result without damaging painted or coated metal.
