What makes the DRÄCO Anniversary Bender-Set75 special is not just the three tools in the case but what they can do together.
The EcO-Bender4/200 S1 gets the job started: sheet metal can be bent from 0° to 100°, with an adjustable bending height from 5 to 200 mm.
When a bend needs to become a fold, the Disc-Bender DB 41 S2 takes over, folding pre-bent profiles from 90° to 180°. Its swivelling guide roller makes it easier to insert and remove the tool when working on hard-to-reach areas.
And when straight lines turn into curves, the BKK 50 comes into play: for straight, convex and concave flanges, tight outside radii and curved inside lines with a bending height of up to 50 mm.
And together? They can do even more.
By combining the three tools, a wide variety of jobs can be carried out directly on site, including standing seam profiles, valley sheets, eaves flashing, angle flashing with water folds, verge flashing, hems, drip edges, as well as straight and curved flanges.
Because on a roof, reality sometimes looks a little different from the drawing. And when a tool is made for the jobsite, what matters is not only what it can do, but also how it is built.
That is why the base plate of our EcO-Bender is machined from solid material. This provides a particularly robust and dimensionally stable construction even when the bender takes the occasional knock during everyday work.
And because sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference on the roof, the EcO-Bender features an eyelet for a tool tether or safety attachment. This allows it to be attached to a tool belt or properly secured while working at height.

Why roll bending?
Quite simply: Because not every roof goes according to plan.

How does it work?
It’s simple.
With the EcO-Bender4/200 S1 and BKK 50, first set the required bending height using the measuring scale and secure it with the adjustment screw. Then position the sheet metal between the bending rollers.
Now simply move the bender back and forth along the sheet metal with light pressure until the desired angle is reached. The bend is formed step by step controlled and even.
With the Disc-Bender DB 41 S2, no adjustment is required. Simply place the bender directly onto an existing 90° bend. Thanks to the generous clearance around the swivelling guide roller, the tool can easily be positioned and removed even on hard-to-reach workpieces.
Then move the Disc-Bender back and forth along the sheet metal while gradually folding the edge further until the desired angle of up to 180° is reached.
The result: clean, precise bends without unnecessarily damaging the sheet metal.
