To celebrate DRÄCO’s 75th anniversary, we packed three tools into one case, tools that can accomplish quite a lot together on the jobsite.
The DRÄCO Anniversary Bender Set combines our EcO-Bender4/200 S1 (up to 100°), the Disc-Bender DB 41 S2 with folding guide roller, and the BKK 50 Flanging & Curving Tool.
Three compact tools for very different jobs from bending and folding to tight outside radii and curved inside lines. And the best part: the trio becomes even more versatile when the tools are used together.
One can do a lot. Three can do more.
1) Start with the EcO-Bender4/200.
It bends sheet metal from 0° to 100°, with an adjustable bending height from 5 to 200 mm.
2) For the next step, the Disc-Bender DB 41 S2 takes over.
It folds pre-bent profiles from 90° up to 180°. Thanks to its swivelling guide roller, it can also be inserted into and removed from workpieces where access is limited.
3) And when straight lines turn into curves, it’s time for the BKK 50.
The Flanging & Curving Tool produces tight outside radii and curved inside lines with a bending height of up to 50 mm.
Together, the three tools open up a wide range of possibilities: standing seam profiles, valley sheets, eaves flashing, angle flashing with water folds, verge flashing, triangular profiles, hems, drip edges as well as straight and curved flanges and, of course, plenty more.
Because on a roof, reality sometimes looks a little different from the drawing. Good to have the right tool already with you.
When a tool is made for the jobsite, what matters to us is not only what it can do, but also how it is built.
That is why the base plate of our EcO-Bender is machined from solid material. This makes the construction particularly robust and dimensionally stable, rather than using a base made from bent sheet material.
Because we know what life on the roof is like: tools get used. They get put down, packed away, carried from A to B and every now and then, they take a knock.
That’s tool life. And that’s exactly what we build our benders for.
Small eyelet. Big difference.
And because sometimes it’s the little things that matter most, the EcO-Bender has another detail you’ll appreciate when working several metres above the ground: an eyelet for a tool holder. This allows the bender to be attached to a tool belt or secured with a suitable tether.
Made in Germany. By conviction.
DRÄCO develops and manufactures professional sheet-metal working tools Made in Germany.
We focus on robust construction, high-quality materials and well-thought-out details not because they look good on a drawing board, but because they make a difference in everyday work out on the jobsite.
You may not notice that at first glance.
But perhaps after the first knock.
Or after the hundredth metre of sheet metal.
Or on the day that little eyelet makes sure your bender stays exactly where it belongs.
In short: Three specialists in one case
